Please note that these were the original guidelines, and provider preferences vary—some request more or fewer slots—so these rules are not consistent for every provider. Additionally, the guidelines in yellow were created before we began accepting new patients, so the updated change is now in bold:

Family Medicine (FM): 1 new patient daily

Pediatrics: 2 new patients daily (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon)                                                                                                              Session limit for physicals is different per provider, depending on the type of patients the provider sees:

o   IM Providers: 3 Physicals per session

o   FM Providers (all): 3 Physicals per session.

What I can tell you is, I'm 30 years old and I've been an athlete my whole life. I've never had to be touched anywhere that could be consistent inappropriate or sexual during a physical. The most clothing I've taken off is shoes and a jacket to get weighed and have my lungs checked.

If someone asks you, if you're a person with a vagina to get naked. Or to touch you there or your breasts, that is not a normal part of a physical! When checking my legs (I have a asthma) that didn't happen. Sometimes the touch was a little below my breasts but never touching directly!
