Game show called "What's Wrong With You" where a bunch of doctors compete to see who can diagnose a mystery illness (chronically ill patient whose lab results keep coming back normal despite obvious symptoms) first and most accurately.
Pros:
Doctors paying off their medical loans with prize money
Chronically ill people getting free testing (MRIs, CAT scans, X-Rays, bloodwork, etc) and possibly a diagnosis
You can ding points for 'anxiety' and 'you just need to lose some weight'
Doctors are incentivized to find an answer, not just find something billable

The writer struggle when you know you could churn out ch1 of the edited version of your sci-fi psychological thriller M3GAN-inspired butchlander AU in maybe 2-3 weeks to bring over to AO3 (since the content already exists in Twitter threadfic form, and is probably your most popular threadfic)—versus maybe a month or more to finish ch3 of ‘Truce’ which you know will take more time because you got a NSFW story illustration to finish rendering in color for that chapter.

My thoughts on Enola Holmes as a Sherlock Holmes fan
(Below the cut, they are not very positive, so bear that in mind when you check them out)
I must confess, I was not a fan of the movie (the first and only one that I watched of the franchise) for many reasons. Firstly, I am generally not a fan of Millie Bobbie Brown's acting (nothing against her or the people that like her acting. This is just a personal preference) and this was no exception. Secondly, the characters from the Sherlock Holmes universe are all portrayed wrong (and I'll get to why that bothers me in a sec): Sherlock is not ment to be hot, Watson is missing (he absolutely should not be missing if the movie is set in 1900, acording to Enola's date of birth and 16th birthday) and Mycroft is not smart as he should be (and also he should not be that skinny). Thirdly, even if this movie does have historical value and feminist lessons, it is not, however, a good Sherlock Holmes adaptation. If they wish to connect themselves with the Sherlock Holmes franchise, they need to commit and portray the characters somewhat accurately (and mind you, I am very tolerant with creative liberties).
Not to say that you can't enjoy this movie, even as a Sherlock Holmes fan, but I must say this was not my cup of tea. It felt very... booktok-ey? That is the best way that I can describe it. Despite all of this, I did enjoy some parts of it, like the inclusion of racialized women on feminism, the suffragette's fight to earn the right to vote and the pretty colours in the film.
Thank you for coming to my TEDtalk!!! And also, please don't take any of this personally, it is merely my opinion as a Holmesian!!
