I happened to see the truck in the morning on my way to work and instantly knew that's what I was going to have for lunch. They're relatively new to the area so i'm sure that's what made the line quite long filled with other curious and hungry Fidians (yes, I made that up). You don't usually see long lines for a food truck on a chilly day like today.

I ordered the half with cheese whiz and onions. The meat and onions were good but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of cheese. I don't expect it to ooze all over the place but it'd be nice to have it on the entire sandwich and not just the half end. I can't imagine ordering the full only to have half of it filled with cheese and left with dry bites of meat and bread. Its not like the thin sliced meat really provides any juicy flavor, the onions do help but the cheese definitely makes or breaks it for me.

Overall it was ok. Wouldn't exactly compare it to Ginos or Pats but its a good replacement for the NY area.
