Evans appeared in the pilot episode of Inspector George Gently in 2007.
The action of "Gently Go Man,"Â centers around a Northumbrian biker gang under the leadership of Armitage's character, Ricky Deeming.
Evans plays his underling with an attitude, Lawrie Elton.
Also appearing in the episode is Phil Davis as the main bad guy.Â
