fate fucking sucked. always destined to be the one left behind, raven let out a sigh as she watched the pod light up and blast away. she had made a promise to herself to get them home and, while she hadn’t exactly intended for it to be without her, she didn’t regret her choice. that wasn’t to say that she didn’t believe in the power of bellamy’s negotiating skills, they were commendable, but the sinking feeling that they shouldn’t trust anyone willing to massacre an entire ship’s working crew had her on edge.
despite the less than ideal circumstances, raven would sacrifice it all again for them if she had to no questions asked. they had become the family she hadn’t thought she needed. she’d do anything for them.
a moment of quiet passes and she let out a loud sigh, her body quickly melding into the captain’s chair as she stared out at the view the galaxy had afforded them. it could have been worse, she could have been stuck there with the group’s feuding lovebirds. / @phiinn
