Writing: Day 2
So, the new plan is to write at least a page per day for the next three weeks while continuing to read through texts on my list. I'm going to work on whatever question moves me on the day, rather than trying to laser-focus myself on a single question, before I move into devoted two-week sessions on each individual question in September. Seems to be going well so far. I wrote a little more than a page on my medical periodicals question this evening. I started working on the methodology section, which is an area where I can continue to work over the next few days. I started talking about Prelli's stasis theory and rhetorical exigency during the time period, which I need to define more closely before digging into the analysis of specific periodicals.
