Job Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Media Relations: - Track daily PHCG and agency media coverage using Meltwater service, Google, and update/create media coverage status reports - Create media status reports for M&A announcements and help archive media clips to appropriate digital channels • Digital Media: - Collect and organize creative assets sent by PHCG agencies including videos, print, and other multimedia files. Upload creative assets to an online proprietary database. - Upload creative assets to PHCG and Publicis Groupe distribution channels, e.g. the PHCG Intranet, PHCG website, etc. - Maintain and update department master calendar • Database management: - Maintain various spreadsheets/lists on, e.g. media distribution, internal distribution, publications/subscriptions, Awards, etc. • PHCG Website and Intranet support: - Audit sites for outdated information. Upload new information where necessary. - Monitor for usability issues as well as update analytical data on traffic • Research and analytics: - Monitor traffic to social media pages, PHCG website, and PHCG Intranet to provide statistical reports on login trends. Where applicable, provide recommendations for increasing traffic. • Social Media: - Support associate as needed on a weekly basis - Monitor and update analytical data and report to associate, as well as make weekly recommendations • Daily operational support Qualifications The successful intern must possess the following skills: • Education: Minimum of a college sophomore. Communications/Marketing-related background/major. • HIGHLY organized and fine attention to detail • Deadline driven/quick turnaround on assignments • Good with numbers, good writing skills (writing sample required) • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills. • Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, CMS systems (pluses but not required) Payment and Duration Start time: Immediately. The qualified candidate may retain the position as long as s/he is an enrolled student. Minimum 25 – 30 hours per week (summer). Minimum 16 hours per week when school is in session. Flexible and negotiable.
