»» ──────ஓ๑☩๑ஓ ────── ««     ʜɪꜱ  ʙʀᴏᴡꜱ  ꜰᴜʀʀᴏᴡᴇᴅ   as  he  turned  his  head  to  face  the  bassist,  feeling  that  little  non-existent  heart  of  his  doing  a  bit  of  a  flip  in  his  chest,  a  cold  CHILL  running  through  his  body.   he  hadn’t  expected  to  be  confronted  about  his  behavior  like  this  ;   it  wasn’t  like  the  other  was  lying.   he’d  been  squirmy,  less  able  to  focus,  a  lot  more  awkward  about  giving  and  receiving  affection,  especially  if  it  was  reggie  involved.   he  bit  his  lip,  unable  to  meet  his  gaze,  hazel  hues  darting  towards  the  floor.   ❝ ...  look.   i’m  sorry  if  you’ve  felt  neglected  by  the  way  i’ve  been  acting  lately,  it’s  just  ...  i’ve  always  been  so  awkward  with  STRAIGHTFORWARD  affection.   i’ve  only  really  had  experiences  with  slow  buildup  ...  others  kissing  me  out  of  nowhere  and  having  them  admit  out  loud  that  they  love  me  are  just  ...  things  i  don’t  know  how  to  react  to.   basically,  what  i’m  trying  to  say  is  ...  it’s  not  your  fault,  it’s  not  you.   it’s  me. ❞

»» ──────ஓ๑☩๑ஓ ────── ««     ʜᴇ  ꜱʜᴏᴜʟᴅ  ʜᴀᴠᴇ   seen  something  like  this  coming,  given  just  how  he  had  enacted  the  same  thing  on  the  bassist  a  little  bit  ago  himself.   as  the  time  passed,  it  appeared  that  it  became  more  DIFFICULT  for  the  both  of  them  to  hide  their  feelings  for  each  other.   he  knew  the  kiss  was  inevitable,  not  just  from  the  occasional  flirting,  body  language,  and  glances  they’ve  been  giving  each  other  for  some  time  now,  but  most  obviously  through  the  way  the  bassist  had  been  staring  into  his  eyes,  blue-green  meeting  hazel,  feeling  the  gap  between  them  growing  smaller  and  smaller  until  it  was  finally  closed  with  their  lips.   he  held  on  for  as  long  as  he  could,  feeling  his  body  melting  into  the  kiss,  and  when  the  other  finally  pulled  away,  he  felt  a  cold  SHUDDER  running  through  his  body.   he  was  left  staring  into  the  other’s  eyes,  a  hot  flush  coursing  over  him  like  a  wave.   ❝ ...  how  long  have  you  been  waiting  to  do  that? ❞   he  breathed  out  before  he  was  unable  to  bite  it  back.

Who always gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and accidentally wakes up the other? → again, they don’t sleep or use the bathroom, but luke tends to find himself walking around or working on music when he should be resting and reggie is usually unable to stop himself from asking what the hell he’s doing

»» ──────ஓ๑☩๑ஓ ────── ««     ᴡɪᴛʜ  ᴇᴀᴄʜ  ᴘᴀꜱꜱɪɴɢ   day,  he  began  to  believe  alex  more  and  more  and  understand  what  he  was  saying.   being  dead  made  it  more  difficult  to  balance  things,  and  to  organize  his  schedule,  even  if  most  of  the  time  he  found  himself  hanging  with  his  bandmates  if  he  wasn’t  rehearsing  or  writing.   so  when  he  found  himself  RUSHING  off,  he  always  forgot  about  the  little  things,  which  included  the  bowtie  that  reggie  had  somehow  noticed  wasn’t  straight  before  he  did.   he  had  to  force  himself  to  sit  still,  itching  to  get  to  the  venue  where  he’d  meet  julie  to  hopefully  help  play  a  duo  with  her,  but  he  found  that  it  was  worth  it.   the  bassist  had  actually  managed  to  make  him  look  nicer  than  he  expected  to.   ❝ thanks,  gotta  go!   see  you  later! ❞   he  called,  trying  to  BURY  the  awkwardness  he  felt  at  the  other’s  fingers  brushing  up  so  dangerously  close  to  his  neck.
