i need to draw him but i cant get his god forsaken hair to look right like im actually going to bite my skin off it always looks awful no matter how i draw it AH

One of my cats has this thing when he stares at you and his eyes are unfocused and I feel that is very Clancy coded. The other one looks like he wants to maul you.
