Featured photograph, by Peter Moore, captures Rauschenberg in a 1965 happening where he performed 'Pelican' (choreographed and composed by Rauschenberg in 1963) with Merce Cunningham dancer Carolyn Brown and Judson Church dancer Alex Hay.
