💕 JUNE 2023 RESCUES 💕
FINALLY, Petals-4-Paws Heroes & Kitty Angels, some time to post some updates!Prior to P4P's temporary closure that was effectice 07/01/2023, P4P had 3 special needs intakes scheduled for June... which, of course, turned into 4 by the end of the month! (post 1 of 4).

PB is 1 of 5 lucky #kitties who found their way into the healing Kitty Angel arms at East County Animal Rescue! ECAR received an email that 5 cats were "rescued," and the "rescuer" needed help. They found that all 5 cats were being kept in a small dog cage in horrible conditions. 2 were feral, and are now living happy barn cats lives, 1 was FIV+, and adopted, 1 is continuing care with ECAR for stomach issues; and, then... there's PB. From Pauper covered in urine scald, severely dehydrated and starving to Prince struggling with incontinence, BUT healed, handsome and enjoying walks about his outdoor garden kingdom, PB is proving himself to truly be royalty! He rules his kitty kingdom with a gentle, but firm paw, is wonderfully affectionate and rarely fuses at potty/diaper time. His nerves and movement are improving as allowing him to pee on his own about 85% of the time and 💩 on his own about 50% of the time. We'll continue to work with PB following the direction of our Veterinarian in hopes of improving his incontinence, and helping him be the best special needs Kitty he can be!
