TRUST LIFE ended just last year, so this is my gift to congratulate @chaiandsage on finishing the fic and to a wonderful end to the story of Trust life.

It was genuinely so lovely to be a part of the TL community and witnessing the increase and how much bigger the community got. And being able to participate in the community has been so incredible !

Once again, congratulations chai !! You deserve everything and cannot wait to see what else you will be creating in the future. <33

but uhh its one of my favorites to this date, of course nothing beats trust life, but I definitely didnt Didnt reccommend it in the trust life discord haha what (just to clarify i did reccommend it)

So yeah i read it, it was really well written!! I love how you did their dynamics, and since im biased as hell, absolutely ADORED the snowbugs/emberfrost section the most 🥺

oh my god where do i start with scottpulse, i adore it, its 2nd in my fave rarepair rankings, I absolutely adore their dynamic in secret life.

I adore the idea of the most loyal and the most betrayed just having this uncertain dynamic, like impulse being unsure of how to respond to scott's extreme loyalty. So it took a bit of time for them to kind of get a handle of each other, it helped alot that gem was their mutual friend, so they slowly started casually touching, comforting touches that delved into hand holding, hugging etc

impulse usually doesnt initiate contact but when he does scott doesnt take it for granted

ALSO ALSO i like to think back to scott saying impulse has no spatial awareness and scott constantly having to move things out of the way or constantly call things out for him idk i just think thats cute. (creds to icarus for the trust life discord for this idea)

another thing for me about their dynamic is that they both have their forms of baggage, scott questioning his worth and his usefulness in an alliances, how people's dont always stay etc, and impulse constantly fearing betrayal, and they have each other to go to, when gem isnt always there and yeah they definitely cuddle on those nights <3

I am unfortunately leaving this blog soon ! I'll be archiving it, not deleting because I know a lot of people like rarepairs and I created this blog to be a space to just ship character scott with anyone I wanted to. So im leaving this up just for those people on the same boat as I originally was to just Have this.

I know this might feel sudden, but over the course of the time I haven't been active here I have been dabbling into a former fandom of mine and got dragged back in 😔

and over that time I think I have lost interest in mcyt/life series stuff recently and as much as it saddens me to leave such a community this is quite common for me :)

So thank you to everyone who liked my art and my shipping nonsense enough to follow and support me. I will never forget being a part of this community :))

And thank you to my friends from the trust life discord server for literally just being my friends and supporting me.

I'll still be active on this blog for a few more days, because I've let so many art asks go unanswered for so long that i feel I should atleast draw them and post them for those users/anons :))

And thank you for following and supporting this blog :)) I'm glad to have contributed to the scott shipping agenda, I wanted to make content for myself it was really just a bonus that me making content i wanted to see, was also things other people wanted to see :))
