A little while ago @lifeasasim asked me if I could post pics of Renny’s house, aka ‘Chateau du Bellevue,’ the stunning creation of @petalbot. There are many awesome screenshots here as well as a download link that do it more justice than my own pics ever could, mainly because I do not have all the store sets required. I've been decorating Pablo's quarters for my next update so hopefully I'll be able to finish and post that tonight. Thanks as usual for your patience, lovely readers! Hello, it’s been a while!  I’m back with a new build for The Sims 3.  Its a vacation house inspired and built for the Landgraab  family.  This beautiful vacation home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, and laundry rooms, along with a patio, garden and hot tub.  Built on 100 Riverwatch Way, Champs Les Sims (40X40 lot).
