We had the following: - Mushroom Bruschetta $23 - Avo Smash $23 with poached egg $4 - Full Vineyard $29 - Scones with jam & cream $12 - Tea rooms Key lime pie $12 - Cherry Ripe Cheesecake $12 - Pots of English breakfast tea $5 per pot - Latte (mug) $6.50 A return visit to one of my favourite places in Perth Hills. Such a cute little space and so pretty to visit in spring too. Their menu has reduced due to being short-staffed. House-made scones (must-order) were delicious - fluffy on the inside and crumbly on the outside. Poached egg was done perfectly and gooey - the avo smash with feta on sourdough was yummy. Mushroom bruschetta was so pretty too - simple items done right. You can’t go past not ordering the cakes here - the lime pie is their signature and a mainstay. Deliciously creamy and balanced with a hint of tartness from the lime.
