What is the Benjamin Franklin 13x4 system?
Similar to a #PersonalRetro where you reflect each day, Benjamin uses “List of Rules” and a tracking booklet where he collects the data and reflects on it every evening. This is the predecessor of personal retrospectives :-)
Benjamin’s system was called 13x4 because he focused 1 week on 1 specific virtue. By having 13 virtues and repeating this 4 times he got 52 weeks which was 1 calendar year. Nice!
