i love love love the slow intentionality of fiber craft. the house magic of working ur hands to make an object? just. i feel like i'm infusing this thing w attention and care. this is why knitters describe other ppl as "knitworthy" or not. bc u put so much of urself into the craft. and idk some ppl are more deserving of receiving that than others.
i used to think abt selling my knit/crochet items. and tbh i do that sometimes. but making w the intent to sell, without knowing if the final recipient will truly understand the effort and heart u put into creating this thing that they bought. smth abt that feels so cold.
