Disclaimer: Digital commission includes a png emailed to you (unless dm is preferable). Taking away the watermark/connection to me (the artist) can result in liability. Other violations include heavily editing the piece, using it for advertising without permission, using it in content that makes money (YouTube videos, Patreons, etc.), and/or claiming it as your own. You are free to post it on other platforms, as long as you credit me in some way (i.e. link, caption, etc), and use it for wallpapers, icons, etc. When in doubt, ask me.
If traditional items are damaged when shipping, you are entitled to compensation equating to up to a full refund OR a discounted commission of up to 60%. Provide adequate evidence that such item was damaged.
Send your commission prompt/creative brief via DM or email. Include your commission description, deadline, references and moodboards.
Upfront payment is strictly observed. Sketches will start once your payment is received. We’ll be in contact for sketch updates and feedback.
Once you’re happy with the final product, the final invoice will be sent to you together with the hi-res file (300dpi).

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Do not edit any major detail to the finished product (cropping for DP or icons is fine). For commercial projects, please send me an email so we can discuss royalties/licenses/rates.
