Hi, my name is Leela and I woke up this morning with a brand new way to get personal music to you! 😉

What is my product? ME... being a personal dj for people in the literal sense. People would tell me about themselves and what kind of music they like, don’t like, want to hear more of and what they’re curious about. Then I would tailor a special playlist just for them using the platform of their choice (spotify, youtube, soundcloud).

Who is my audience? People who aren’t that tech savvy. Seniors and parents of young children who don’t have time. People who don’t want to spend hours telling a computer their personal preferences only to get generic poor results. Commuters who travel long distances and use music as therapy to keep from becoming impatient with the people around them.

Why you should choose me? I am an actual human who will take the time to personally handpick songs and albums for you to enjoy. I know music. I’m also nonjudgemental! I accept everyone’s unique tastes! I have been doing this specific activity for years! I once had a website dedicated to this exact thing but I got lazy and I was in middle school so....

Cost?? I’m mostly going to rely on tips. $5 per hour I spend making your playlist. It takes 45 to create an inital playlist for someone but it takes about 2 hours to really make that playlist personal. Some people will want a simple playlist with their fave pop rock hits but some people will want only instrumentals used during the great China empire. I’m not going to turn anyone away at first because of their special preferences but I will turn people away who are rude and don’t respect me as a service.

Even if you can do it all, sometimes a little help goes a long way!

Moving is an overwhelmingly stressful time! There's just so many small details! Did you pick up your dry cleaning, return those library books, cancel your gym membership, grab the mail, change your address, and transfer your utilities? The list of things to do for moving goes on and on! No wonder people get stressed out! An important tip to remember when moving is that sometimes you need to delegate and ask for help. Asking for help during a moving process can help take away the stress of moving.

Hiring reputable movers can certainly take the stress out of moving day, but the stress that builds up during the moving process before moving day is a huge battle in itself. 

During the moving process, ask for help. Someone who can take care of the little things while you take care of the big things. This can be a friend or a family member or even a personal assistant. NorthStar Moving has teamed up with The Help Company to create the Busy Bee package providing you with your own personal assistant who'll get through your moving to-do list. With so much to do, sometimes it is good to have a helping hand, and having a second set of eyes can make keeping your move organized easier. 

There's nothing wrong with asking for help. After all, there are professionals out there willing to make moving easier, so why not accept their outstretched hand? 

There should be an online network of high quality personal assistants - PAs - that you can rent the assistance of for a one off assignment or take out a membership for.

Membership would probably let you chose from packages that tier differnet amounts of assigments per month. Bronze is 5 assignable a month, silver is 10 etc.

Much like Lovefilm let's you pick how many DVDs you want on order.

And you'd catagorise the nature of the assignment type, assigning a scale of hours allocated/scope of work. Example categories being something like 'Entertainment' 'Travel' 'Hosting' 'Holiday' 'Gifting' etc. 

The site interface should be very simple, again like Lovefilm. Perhaps you'd use a modern, graphic take on the old school filofax. But you'd also want to ensure you publicised how highly trained the PAs were, and personalise the service, putting pictures up etc to ensure as personal experience as possible. 

So - an example. You are organising a hen do for a friend and you rent a PA for a one off assignment: dinner out for 20 on X date, an activity in the afternoon, and a central club guest list. Probably with helpful things like transport to and from each location so no one has to drive. Now the PA might even suggest helpful extras like a personalised Tshirts (god forbid) or party favours. You get the idea.

Another example of membership usage. Someone who can't justify paying for a full time PA on retainer but find themselves travelling for personal reasons every 6 weeks or so. Being time poor, they take out a monthly membership which rids them of the pain, paperwork and organisation required to sort flights, accommodation and transfers, so regularly in their schedule.
