Melt into ice as u step and talk in stone with wrists half closed with bloody spots. Burn into the dust and ash to spread upon a graveyard that isn’t yet. Cry for help like a fish without a voice just a bubble trembling, shaking, drowning and yet not. Tell, no one to get a word you say and trust the silence of solitude to save you from the suicide. Speak for your pain but not up to yourself, just to carve the paint into the paper and to forget.

Walk and see the stars and magic in places no one looks at, sit and do not look in front for your own sake. Run but not too far for you may be too tired to come back, jump but not too high as you may not be able to look down or up.
