So the folks at Per Se hooked my small one with a vegan menu, while I dined or suckling pig, etc. Some of her dishes I have to say were even more ingenious and brilliant over mine. This is a Tempura Fried Holland Eggplant with preserved ginger, broccoli “condiment”, Hakurei turnips and a Kombu “consommé”...this was insane! #perse #thomaskeller #persenyc
