               “ ...No wonder there’s a ruckus of yer guys trompin’ past my division all mornin'. ” He lazily waves off the harried apology. Small matter. “ Yer cap’n’s not here, but Kusajishi-chan’s causin’ havoc next door- ” Fingers curling loosely in a fist, he jerks his thumb in the vague direction of the Rokubantai. With how the entire Eleventh is almost always scrambling after their Captain and Lieutenant, it’s a wonder how they still manage to get their responsibilities fulfilled.

~*~ Her cheeks were pink as she watched him pluck the comb from within his shikahusko. She idly wondered where he managed to have it hidden and stay put but she thought better of asking. Kaisa shifted a little uncomfortably in her stance as he looked over her tangled hair. She brushed it, but those waves made it hard to keep it neat.

“Thank you,” Kaisa murmured and swallowed. She was a little anxious as it was hard to let anyone touch her, let alone her hair. Yumichika was one of the few she knew she could trust with it and yet that still didn’t keep her from feeling the slightest bit of anxiety.

The longest part of her hair brushed just above her hip bones. Out of nervous habit Kaisa tucked a lock behind her ear and looked up, “I should’ve asked you for help sooner…”
