How does Adrian run an ENTIRE country? Simple, it's not a country! It's actually much more complicated. The "Periapsis Societal Utopian Project" is an international and unbelievably well funded effort. Each country has at least one underground facility for it and has some of the best people be it scientists, inventors, artists, musicians, strategists, or ANYONE the world can offer ARE allowed within the facilities. The project even has its own logo and the facilities have a parodied flag of the country they're in! For example: All facilities in the United States of America has an American flag but instead of stars it's the logo for the project, one facility in each state. The facilities are far underground so this explains the ability to survive a direct hit from a nuclear weapon. Why the special forces on that? Simple, Adrian was fearful of the world ending or people tearing themselves and society apart out of stupidity. Everything down is happy, yet incredibly isolated. For example? Everyone has equal rights and thinks like Adrian does at the very core at it all and not being either a spaz or a total ass. If they're happy he's happy, everyone looks out for each other and any difference in ideas is discussed throughly. The coolest part? This is all based on a country simulation Mun Alpha played around for a couple years! It's classified as a left-wing utopia! But how exactly does he RUN it? Well, there's the fact that it's a technocratic and the congress isn't politicians, but the top scientists, engineers, and statistics majoring person in every field the world has to offer. There's so many steps to this that at the end of it Adrian's main effort? None. He wants to make sure that everything is accounted for and not just picking the best option in his eyes, but the best option to something in the eyes of math and science itself. Sure, there's paperwork. But Adrian's a hypergenius and you might forget! While they remember everything, some things survive (like the wood of the rift, an SCP we're writing!) but those things? Those are some of the rarest things in the entire infaverse (the bubble containing all muntiverses containing multiverses and so on). So essentially? He can recycle it as if nothing happened. How else do you think they gets paperwork done so quickly?
