Quilt, crow, orchard, jack-(it’s you!)-o-lantern?
quilt - how do you take your tea (or coffee)?
Many many ways. But when I'm making (instant) coffee for myself at home it's usually black (mostly started so I could have it in my room without having to get milk from the kitchen but has become a genuine preference); I mentioned adding cayenne and cinnamon once before & I do recommend that it's very good. If I am in the kitchen and do have milk I might add some, but never sugar. Like to experiment with various spices and flavourings in it. From the university coffee machine I usually get cappuccino. Tea I take in every flavour I can get my hands on (will list some specific ones I like for other people who asked this), almost always plain (no milk or sugar).
crow - which school subject do you wish you had an aptitude for?
Already gave languages as an answer to this one. I might give history as a second option, but tbh it's hard to even tell if I'd have had an aptitude for it if it were taught well, because the curriculum by default already teaches it as "memorise these facts", and then the teachers I had for it were just not interested in actually teaching anything at all. So first of all I wish I'd been taught it better. But an instinct for sniffing out good sources myself and extracting important/relevant things from them would certainly be great to have.
orchard - share one thing that you’d like to happen this autumn.
Really hope my masters student successfully completes his thesis.
jack-o-lantern - if you could look like any celebrity, who would you choose?
Unfortunately stymied by my lack of knowledge of celebrities. There are many actresses I get shown on here who I find very pretty in their roles but also in too feminine a way for me to really want to look like them. Honestly I don't think I have an answer for this, question says "could" rather than "have to" so maybe "I wouldn't" is a valid response.
