Ruby had an devilish smirk on her lips, when she looked at her french fries and listened to a few hunterâs discussion a little distance from herself. She didnât see any difference in the fact about being a witch in the Middle Ages or being a demon today. Still everybody wanted to kill her, but now it was amusing to listen what those young hunters would want to do to her.
At some point the blonde demon started to feel that they werenât talking about her. Yes, she had messed her with some humans since she got bored, but she hadnât all of those things. She didnât had caused a car accident, but she knew someone who would have. She pursed her lips and glanced at the hunters - a man in his early twenties, a teenager boy and two teenager girls. She couldnât help but sigh when they stood up and left. She didnât really have time to babysit them, but if they were after the same demon, maybe she would bother to follow them.
She waited for a short moment before she stood up and walked after them. Yes, she was a demon and it wasnât her job to take care of hunters - basically they just wanted to kill her - but this demon was too powerful for them and this was her job. She was an assassin, well sort of. She took care of rebels and demons who had break the rules - in Hell it was really important to follow the main rules. If you didnât do that, you got her after you and then you had signed your own death sentence.
