Hell Month, Day 1. The start of the worst month.
It finally happened. The sun’s starting to appear red, and we were abandoned. The rich folks all left when scientists predicted that it would happen much sooner than originally thought. It seems that the sun hasn’t fully imploded. The equipment suggests that it has started to reach dangerous temperatures though.
At least we aren’t the snobs that decided that only monetary status brought value. Me and Kaito have begun trying to bring all our friends together to go out in a blaze. I’m sure Katelyn, Theo, and Pip would like to stay together here at the clubhouse rather than with their parents. So far, we were only able to track down Pip about an hour South, Katelyn and Theo are still unreachable.
When it all goes away, we’ll be together to watch the sparks fly, possibly literally. We’ve at least been permitted by everyone left here to raid the stores for anything we need this month. How funny is it that everyone can finally have food and shelter now that the rich folks have left? Makes me wonder how much of the world’s shit is actually our fault.
Signing off,
