Origin: While on shift one night, the victim (a scientist from what he could tell) had a mysterious creature in his personal belonging. Upon release (by assuming the lil guy was dead and sticking his hand in), the radioactive bat spider bit his hand and created:

His signature (purposefully goofy) moves include playing ball with another bat and quite literally flinging a bat at your head with his spider webs
