They are cosmic entities from another dimension, these entities have a hard time interacting with our dimension which is good because they are power hungry predators who would eat up lower life. They do not have emotions like us. 08: is diplomatic and you should be lucky you met them and not the others...they trade with powerful civilizations and give boons and treasures for a cost, usually a large sacrifice.... 

77 (yellow one): has the power to infect the minds of people, but after spending so much time in people's minds it develops a sense of empathy and love for lower life forms. In a way, people have infected it too :0... they are also dying... which is why they keep invading the lower dimensions to look for a cure... havent properly written out 06 (cyan one) and 45 (red one) yet. but 06 is absolutely evil, and 45 is more like a natural force of destruction second image is older so designs are outdated btw
