I've given this plant to another survivor before, but I've gotten my hands on another.
Itās called Sarracenia, or more better known as the pitcher plant. In my opinion, it is quite the pretty plant, despite its terrifying nature.
The colorful appearance and the sweet smell of the plant's nectar welcomes hungry guests, but they aren't the only ones hungry. Any small insect lured by the aroma that gets too curious and decides to explore its tube, falls deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole, before it is eventually consumed by the plant.
It seems ruthless, consuming its captives with deception, but in reality, itās knows that in this unfair world, itās kill or be killed.
We all want to survive in this harsh universe, the plant feels no different.
I'll be back with another.
āā¦I will keep it safe. Thank you.ā
They place it in their garden, in the brightest spot possible. They care for it, after all!
Two Time often wonders if plants ever care about them.
ā¦He used to say that the plants would give back the love he gave to them. Like how two lovers protect and love each other.
And they still follow that belief, despite themselves. A sin.
Then again, look where that got him.
Maybe theyāve already been drained of hope.
At least theyāre ācalmerā now.
