Workplace Picnic | Pen & Allie

It was early by the time Allie made her way to the Ministry, bringing a quiche and a few pastries in a picnic basket. There was also a carafe of coffee in there and Allie hoped that Penny was as hungry as she had anticipated. She had left Stella at home with Molly, knowing that the elves and Thorfinn would ensure nothing happened to the dogs while she visited with her best friend. She already knew, of course, that the previous day had not gone nearly as well as her husband’s group had anticipated, though she was curious about how much the Ministry knew about the other side.
She made her way to Penny’s office and knocked on the door before poking her head in. “I bring nourishment,” she said with a wide smile. “How are you doing? Holding up well?”
