I currently have three separate volunteering commitments and it's a little disheartening to think people only appreciate my labour when it's free. I got volunteer of the month at the kitchen I go to twice a week but no one wants to hire me. I have been to ten unsuccessful job interviews. It's hard not to think it's just something wrong with me personally that I'm not worth the commitment of getting paid.
