    she’s  squirming  quite  a  bit,  bent  over  and  then  straightening,  trying  to  stretch  out  her  neck,  her  arms.  groaning,  she  gives  a  weak  wave,  ignoring  the  fact  that  the  hem  of  her  dress  is  still  slightly  smoking.  ❝ what?    me?   yeah,  no,  i’m  like  -----  totally  okay.  believe it  or  not,  this  is  not  the  first  time  i’ve  had  to  fight  someone  in  this  alley.  maybe  it’s  on  a  leyline  or  some  shit. ❞

ENDURING  CHUCKLE  EMITS  FROM  THE  BACK  OF   surprisingly supple throat. it’s soft, with a melody far flung from the gravel known to be his signature. it’s adorable            flattering in fact. kids these days  .   .   .  they do say the darnedest things.  a conclusion coloured in the way his head shakes to put a period in his own verbal mirth. if only this one knew the slew of names he has worn deeds and misdeeds all the same. tip of his tongue moistens his upper ,  hand cast outward in a bracing gesture.   ❝    you really should try ginny’s cheeseburger chowder. the ground chuck and spices — the melted cheese   .   .   .   AH  !!   heaven.  terrible for you, but such uncouth satisfaction               much like villainy come to think of it.   ❞

        ❛       this is gonna sound utterly PATHETIC -------- ❜ she made herself right at home, despite her anxiety thudding in her ears and her coffee clasped between both hands. the coffee shop was BUSTLING with livelihood, and riley had been really excited to catch up with an old friend. so much so that she hadn’t really expected to be ditched, but --------- shit happens apparently. she just got a text from said friend claiming that an old ex had convinced the friend not to show up so she, the ex, could try to make things up to riley. riley was NOT interested.        ❛ you interested in making a new friend today? i’m trying to avoid someone and you seem kind enough to take pity on me without JUDGING too harshly. ❜  // @pendrove. sc.
