Recently learnt that frogs are pansexual! While it is really problematic to impose human understanding of gender and sexuality to animals, the fact that frogs do not mate simply based on gender seems pretty cool!
It is an added surprise to me because for the longest time, the frog emoji was my favourite emoji of all time!!!

The patterns are borrowed from a folk art style called Gond Art, that is mainly practiced by the Gond tribe. The lines and the dots are intricate. Though simple, they are extremely exhaustive to draw because of the time consuming repetition of patterns. Which is why this style is mainly practiced by communities who come together to make the art work. I did it alone, but still the result is so beautiful and I love working with it!
