Where: Firefly Festival or Hogsmeade (UTP) When: towards the middle of the night Who: open to all
Satisfied with the course of his evening so far, Rabastan was currently standing aside, sheltered by shadows. He had been determined to wreak a quietly vengeful havoc, and so he had fulfilled his aim with nothing short of focussed deliberation. Most acts had been small; a few accidents here and there, some unexpected scuffles, carefully targeted destruction. Everything had been aimed towards the guilty: mudbloods, traitors or Ministry. While these things had sated some of his ire, it was not nearly enough. Mischief was beneath him and did not make full use of his capabilities. He wanted the world to know that the Dark Lord's cause was still cherished by many. He longed to cause fear, to be the terrible harbinger of a war sorely missed. But now was not the time. Not when his brother still languished in a cell.
Nonetheless, as he stood there awaiting the result of his latest trap, he considered whether it would be worth increasing the notch. A little refined torture could surely yield greater benefits. Though he would not yet unleash the Cruciatus, there were plenty of other creative ways to ensure success, and the memory charm would prove a welcome friend to his efforts.
As a disturbance finally arose up ahead, he turned his eyes towards it with darkly engaged delight, looking away only when another person stepped beside him.
