Could be useful for some of you. I'm personally very ignorant regarding the body anatomy. Quozette Valera, a pelvic floor physical therapist, made me better understand what is the pelvic floor, why is it useful and the common myths to debunk.
Vagina Stuff Ahead:
Oh! My! Goodness!✊✊✊ You guys. I have tons and tons of health problems and since I'm HUGELY single curing my vaginismus has not been a priority for me. It's been over a year since I tried dilating with a dilator and months since with my fingers. Well! Do I have great news!!! I just uh... helped myself to some pleasure and then thought i'd try with my middle finger. No problem at. all. So I went and got my second dilator (because my finger is bigger than the smallest) went in with NO problem. So I got my third dilator. And I. Got. It. In. It barely hurt and after a few minutes I was able to let go and it is staying in?! I'm so pumped. It's not hurting at all. All of this with just my natural lubrication! I'm so excited. With all my health issues, and specifically my pelvic floor dysnerssia, IC, and history of prolapses I am psyched that this is getting so much better. I'm gonna train with this one before trying anything bigger but wow! 0-60 real fast! There is hope guys! I don't mean to brag but I'm so shocked and so excited. A little swab used to feel like an ice pick. YAY!
