My Thoughts:

I’ll admit, I have mixed feelings for this book.  It isn’t something I thought I would like, but I did enjoy it very much to my surprise.  Not to bring the mood down so quickly, but I think the only problem I had with this book was the fillers.  The dialogue, though funny, felt like just an afterthought behind everything else.

I 100% should have re-read this book before posting about it, but I was too lazy.  I remember what happened in the beginning, some of the main plot points, and the ending.  Isn’t that all you need though?  Oh well, here’s what I thought…

When I looked this book up on my Library’s website -- because we don’t own it in our Library’s collection so I had to search the whole system -- it listed it as a Thriller.  I don’t know if I entirely agree with that listing though, but don’t know where else it should be cataloged as.  If anyone has the official listing as to what genre this is, I would be so greatful.

The cover is what obviously drew me to this book in the first place, but I did quite enjoy the storyline a whole lot.  I’m totally going to contradict what I said in the first paragraph, but I did really enjoy the dialogue that was included, I just thought that the author could have spent just a tad more time on it.

When I read this book last year, I think it was a quick read for me.  I obviously read at a different pace than most people -- I have a lot of time on my hands, why do you think I started this stupid blog? -- so I don’t know if someone else would have a different experience reading this than me.  Maybe I would have enjoyed this more if I had spent more time reading it.

I still enjoyed this enough to want to recommend it, so here are a few selling points for this book, since I spent so much time complaining about myself.
