Pizazz. What a word! Pizazz. It's something for me to strive for; me, I'm all noodle, stop-motion. "Cinema! Cinema!" you cry from the crowd, and I yell back, "Noir! You're trying to say noir, so can it! I'll not be black and white." Pedestals. I'd like to be Catholic swung Italians, who probably didn't even know how Italian they were at the time, or was it Christian? Placing ivy leaves over marble penises, the statue glowering at them from above. Marble always looks soft. Should we do this to pedestals? Historically and publicly humiliate them, then, maybe, we wouldn't utilize them so. What would we do? Paint them inch worm green?Pry off their molding? Chop down their height? Tie their hands together and in a public square, allow super models, pop icons, perfect women and perfect moments to throw gravel rocks at them? Fires set loose across the square, mayhem at best, "now we have no stakes!" screams a perfectly moderate soldier, "who will I write home about?" Children run just as their mothers do, knowing not what for and laughing, splashing their feet in puddles.
