Trying out a NE5534 and changed the diodes to both Germ 1N34A (never tried a You Dirty Rat so why not), but liking the Germ/Si and LED/Sil a lot. I decided to put the 560 on the knob instead of the Ruetz and you get some killer sizzle when about at 100, past that with the Volume and Distortion maxed gets some crazy oscillation. The NE5534 seems like it has too much gain though as it can sputter easier, but that might be the 1N34A's as well. Building is fun. #ratpedal #pedalbuild
