This Peanut-Mallow Fudge is a delightful combination of rich chocolate, crunchy peanuts, and gooey marshmallows. It's the perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients: 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 cup of roasted peanuts, chopped. 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium-sized bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the mixture smooth and fully melted, microwave it for 30 seconds at a time and stir it after each one. Put the peanuts and vanilla extract together and mix them well. Add the mini marshmallows slowly, making sure they are spread out evenly in the mixture. Spread out the fudge mixture in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Put it on a board for cutting. You can cut the fudge into squares or rectangles of any size you want. Serve your tasty Peanut-Mallow Fudge and enjoy it!
