The simplest dish is often the most delicious. Peanut congee is so delicious, especially at this stall in Tanglin Halt Food Centre. Also hard to believe that a bowl of this is kept at $1.30… I often think about our relationship to food and how excessive we can be when it comes to volume and variety.
