oh I love peakstream! can we see all of the flint/pika kids?
Here they are! While drawing this I started thinking about who they might be as characters, and came to the realization that there is one group dynamic I always go for with groups of three siblings and that is one sweet gay disaster, one hot, chill bitch, and one exasperated serious one. These three are different because there are two serious ones and one chill boi!
Rubblecloud is quiet and stoic, and only speaks when he has something to say (which isn't often). This is partially shyness, but mostly just how he is. He's introverted and not very good at keeping up with large groups of cats, so he limits himself to a few close friends. He takes a lot after his mom, and eventually becomes a fighter! He is the eventual mate of Minksnout.
Peakstream is.. a disastrous idiot, to say the least. The boy definitely takes after aunt Aspenfleck, he knows who he is and what he wants, and that's a good time. He gives off an aura of "this can only go badly, but it'll at least be interesting," and tends to get himself and his cohorts into trouble when he decides on something to do. He's a hunter, loving the quick-paced, team-oriented work that comes with the title.
Kitehop is a stern, serious, and very pragmatic young she-cat. She's a scout, her sensible, orderly tendencies lending well to the patrol-based duties. She knows exactly what needs to be done in a situation (or at least thinks she does) and makes sure it happens. Girl takes her work Very Seriously. Peakstream drives her insane by dragging her into his schemes to try to get her to loosen up. She hesitantly complies, if only because he needs someone to watch out for his stupid ass. Sometimes she even has fun, though she would rather die before admitting it.
