Baby back ribs that are glazed in a sweet and sour peach sauce that will taste great at your next barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1 cup peach preserves. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and olive oil. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption. Brush the ribs with the peach glaze, ensuring an even coating on both sides. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes per side, basting with the peach glaze every 10 minutes, until the ribs are caramelized and cooked to perfection. Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing between the bones. Serve the Peachy Baby Back Ribs hot, and enjoy!
