This Slow Cooker Peach Oatmeal is a healthy and tasty breakfast that's great for busy mornings. The slow cooker does all the work overnight, and when you wake up, there's a warm bowl of oatmeal with juicy peaches and warm spices.
Ingredients: 1 cup steel-cut oats. 2 cups water. 2 cups almond milk. 2 cups diced peaches fresh or frozen. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Steel-cut oats, water, almond milk, peaches cut up, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt should all be put in a slow cooker. Make sure to stir everything together well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the oats are soft and creamy. Before serving, stir it up well. Serve hot, with extra peaches or a drizzle of maple syrup on top if you want.
