As of today’s leg of the move I’ve been through NC, SC, GA, TN, KY, MO, KS, CO, WY, UT, and ID! Today was colorado, wyoming, utah, and idaho. Tomorrow we should finally be in the northwest and our new home!
WE MADE IT. 13 states, 40 hours, and several expensive setbacks later. Can't wait to explore my new lush forest home!
Oh my god it finally happened. I finally made my way to Casa Bonita like I've wanted to ever since I found out it was real like 12 years ago. @doubtingsalmon is a trooper for putting up with me bouncing around like a child and screaming about a mexican restaurant for two hours. Also yes that is Eric Cartman hiding up on the waterfall just like in the episode!
This is officially my last week in asheville coming up! After the 26th I'm going to be a little scarce and only checking up on things through mobile until I get to my new home in washington and get my computer set back up the first week of september. I made a facebook event to see if people would come help me move out next month and woke up to an unexpected arsenal of my friends replying that they'd come help. I could cry, you guys are the best.
