YAAAAAAAASS say no to hate, say yes to sharing food, and having good partners in crime. (plus you’re a gryffindor right?)

idk man, probably? Like maybe not immediate relatives, but I do see myself with a fancy pureblood great-aunt who spoils me because I was the first child of my family’s generation (does that make sense?)

PRE ASOIAF WWI AU - After her brothers enlisted in the British army, Lyanna Stark volunteered to work as a nurse at an army hospital in France. Only a few months into her service, she was stolen by a German officer who brought her to Munich, where she eventually died giving birth to a son. 

Postmarked to Lyarra Stark, September 1916

Dear Mother,

I do not have much time to write. Ned is at the hospital but do not worry, he has a minor injury and I am taking good care of him. He returned from the front with four other wounded soldiers, the last of his regiment, and was the best off of all of them. It's clear to me that he's carrying the death of his comrades heavily, but he refuses to discuss it. He is constantly with his captain, a man named Robert, who boasts to me of his prowess in war. He can be very kind too, although I think he would prefer a different sort of woman's company to me. Matron has warned me of him, but I do not think there is any harm in it. 

They brought a few German POWS today and I have been assigned to dress their wounds, before they are sent on. There is one officer, Rhaegar, who makes comments that would make another girl blush, and promises to take me to Germany after the war. There is something wild in him, almost vicious, and I must remind myself every hour of the different uniform that he wears.

I will talk to you again soon. Until then, I hope you and father are well.
