as i’m using a lot of pdf documents lately, i thought it would be useful to have an app/program to edit them with (highlighting etc). any recommends? so far i’m hesitating between Xodo PDF, Mendeley and Foxit PDF.
it would be great if it has an app and is available on windows, but availability on just one platform would be fine.
