Can you help me find certain PC SMB cc? Its HOKAY item/hacked mod, but its not on SIMS GRAVEYARD. I know it was (among other PC SMB) on site MIXEI.RU (but the site is down).

Hello lenarosic88! :-D I'm sorry, I can't seem to find anything when searching with "hokay" :-( the jessa channel has shared everything (I think?) from pcsims here (my separated archives are here) but no "hokay" item seems to be included there (I didn't look inside the archives, though!)
Could you maybe share any link/image to where you found this item mentioned? :-)
