With the launch of these smartphones, Acer joins the ‘Make-in-India’ club with both smartphones set to be manufactured at their new facility in Pondicherry.

Acer India also announced a strategic tie-up with Flipkart. As part of the tie-up, Flipkart will exclusively retail these two smartphone models in India.

Acer Liquid Z630s

Powered by the 64-bit, octa-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 processor, the 5.5-inch Liquid Z630s (measuring 156.3 x 77.5 8.9 mm) Android 5.1 handset is enabled by 3GB RAM and a 32GB of internal memory.

It packs a 4000mAh battery with 8MP front camera(capable of 1080p video recording) as well as 8MP autofocus rear camera (capable of 1080p video). Connectivity wise, it supports Cat4 LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0 with LE connectivity.

The Liquid Z630s is also equipped with AcerEXTEND which connects wirelessly to a compatible laptop or PC and lets you view the phone’s home screen in a phone-shaped emulator box on the computer.

The Liquid Z630s will be available for flash purchase only on November 12, 2015 for those who pre-register between November 5 and November 11, 2015.
