VEGAN SATISFACTION BAR
1 cup of dates (diced)
4 tb. sp. of chia seeds
half a cup of sunflower seeds (raw)
half a cup of unsweetened/unsalted peanut butter
a layer of melted vegan chocolate
*WARNING extremely delicious and quite addicting.
Mix dry ingredients first then add the peanut butter and the dates. Put some wax paper into a pan and the mixture on the paper, in the pan and press it hard. Melt the chocolate and poor on top then put it all into the freezer for about half an hour up to an hour. Take it all out by the wax paper. Put it upside down to cut slices (bar shape and size) so that the chocolate doesn’t break.
