If you have a problem with the Hispanic portrayal in media there is literally nothing stopping you from drawing Hispanic characters. Just because someone drew something you dont like doesn't mean you can make the artist feel like shit for creating. You've got a problem? Draw your own shit? Stop complaining?

i actually got it on ebay! i was searching for different wigs over 100cm in length that were blonde and lo and behold there was a character from an anime called GoSick that has hair similar to Star’s!
the exact listing i bought from doesn’t exist anymore because it was an auction - i got lucky and won it with a gift card (double luck too! since i got the gift card from a points thing and basically the wig was free for me lmao)

it’s the least expensive I’ve found just now, but if you keep searching every now and then you might get lucky with a penny auction or a cheap auction starting under $5!
just make sure the seller’s got like, no lower than a 98.9% seller rating for long wigs like this, and you actually get a better quality from chinese/japanese sellers than anywhere else so take that into account when thinking about shipping time too!
