Paty Pat is back with funk, disco and house.
Patrick Steger is not new here, but in case you missed it, he was born in Switzerland in 1980. His passion for the music began in the electronic 90s listening to Detroit techno and Chicago style. As a result, these two became the most important influences for his music.
Patrick works in the historic Orlando Voorn’s label Nightvision and very soon he will be released on the Orlando Voorn - “Muzik is Life” EP (RS015). He’s an active member of the Minimal Detroit Crew too, but his work doesn’t finish there, he’s an old school dj and a pure vinyl lover. His mixes are the perfect example of the classic techno sessions which have that historical and well-known vinyl sound.
As a producer, he’s basically on the same line, with those hypnotic detroit techno rhythms from the 90s and 2000s which can make you dance and don’t let you scape from the dance floor.

Paty Pat está de vuelta con un mix especial que rinde tributo a los años dorados del house más disco y funk. Patrick Steger no es ningĂşn desconocido por aquĂ, sin embargo si alguno no le conoce todavĂa, Paty naciĂł en 1980 en Suiza. Su pasiĂłn por la mĂşsica empezĂł con la electrĂłnica de los 90, con estilos como Detroit techno y Chicago. Como resultado, estos dos estilos generaron una fuerte influencia en su mĂşsica. Patrick trabaja para el histĂłrico sello Nightvision de Orlando Voorn, y dentro de poco saldrá al mercado su referencia “Muzik is Life” EP (RS015). Paty Pat es un miembro activo del colectivo Minimal Detroit, pero su trabajo no acaba aquĂ, además, es un disc-jockey de la vieja escuela y un enamorado del vinilo. Como productor sigue la misma lĂnea, con ritmos hipnĂłticos procedentes del sonido Detroit de los 90 y 2000, los cuales te atrapan y no te dejan escapar de la pista de baile. Actualmente ha comenzado algunos proyectos nuevos: el primero su propio sello discográfico llamado “Force One”, donde se centra en el sonido techno y sonido de Detroit; el segundo, su nueva colaboraciĂłn con nosotros a travĂ©s de una nueva serie de podcasts con sonidos clásicos del techno influenciados por los primeros movimientos.
